Willis Lee Duckworth Jr.

Willis Lee Duckworth Jr., age 71 of Fayette AL, passed away on Sunday, June 16, 2024, at DCH of Tuscaloosa. Services for Mr. Duckworth will be Thursday, June 20, 2024, at Mt. Vernon Church, at 2:00 p.m. Visitation will be one hour prior to service time. Burial will follow at Mt. Vernon Cemetery. Bro. Danny Thompson, Bro. Rodney Brazil, and Bro. Randy Burbank will be officiating the service. Norwood-Wyatt Chapel will be directing the service. 

Willis Lee Duckworth Jr. is preceded in death by his parents; Willis Lee Duckworth, and Jennie Elouise Duckworth, and great-nephew; Sean Lucas Reynolds. 

He is survived by his sister; Jennie Flynn of Fayette AL, brother; Jerry Duckworth of Fayette AL, nephews; Shane Flynn of Fayette AL, and Wayne Duckworth of Fayette AL, niece; Michelle Stripling of Kennedy AL, great-nephews; Hunter Stripling of Kennedy AL, and Lucas Duckworth of Fayette AL, great-nieces; Nicole Stripling of Kennedy AL, Carlie Flynn of Fayette AL, and Kinsleah Flynn of Fayette AL, and great great-nieces; Ava Duckworth of Fayette AL, Harper Duckworth of Fayette AL, Hadley Duckworth of Fayette AL, and Ellie Duckworth of Fayette AL.
