William J. "Bill" Thomas

 William J. "Bill" Thomas, age 82 of Duncanville Al, passed away on Thursday, February 22, 2024, at his residence. There will be a Graveside Service Tuesday, February 27, 2024, at Mt. Zion Cemetery in Duncanville AL, at 1:00 p.m. Visitation will be 30 minutes prior to service time. Bro. Johnny Hatfield will be officiating the service. Norwood-Wyatt Chapel will be directing the service. 

Mr. Thomas is preceded in death by his wife; Dorothy Hatfield Thomas, father; Archie James Thomas, mother; Polly Spencer Thomas, brothers; Archie James Thomas Jr., Levi Randolph Thomas, James Edward Thomas, Walter Lee Thomas, David Lee Thomas, and L.C. Thomas, and sisters; Wilma Jean Burrough, and Mary Davis Hendrix. 

He is survived by his sons; David Thomas, William (Tina) Thomas, Joseph Thomas, Howard Thomas, daughters; Helen (John) Watson, Theresa (Leland) Doan, brother; Howard G. Thomas, special family members; Carlos Brasfield, 18 grandchildren, and 25 great-grandchildren.
