Teresa "Pat" Simmons

Teresa “Pat” Simmons, age 62 of Fayette, passed away Friday, December 18, 2020. Services will be Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at Norwood-Wyatt Chapel with Bro. Marshall Sutton and Bro. Craig Holliman officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Springhill-Bluff Community. She was preceded in death by her mother, Evie Lee Moore and father, Elvin Moore; and sisters, Carolyn Trull and Elizabeth Findley. Mrs. Simmons is survived by her husband, Danny Simmons of Fayette; son, Chad Simmons (Regina) of Winfield; brother, Woodie Moore (Kathy) of Gordo; grandchild, Blake Simmons; mother-in-law, Frankie Gann; special friend, Faye Sutton; and a host of nieces and nephews. She was raised in the Zion Community and married her best friend and soulmate, Danny Simmons, in 1999. She was a member of Riverside Baptist Church in Kennedy, AL.
