Rosita Stoker, age 67 of Bankston, passed away Thursday, January 21, 2021. Services will be Saturday, January 23, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at Norwood-Wyatt Chapel. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jimmy and Martha Files. Mrs. Stocker is survived by her husband, Gaillard Stoker, daughters, Mandy Sabbagh and Leigh Hamilton; sons, Michael Stoker and Clay Stoker; siblings, Karen Hayes and Randy Cone; nine grandchildren, Will, Elizabeth, Zach, Nathan, Gage, Jamie, Bryson, Riley, and Randy. Mrs. Stoker grew up in Tuscaloosa but has lived in Fayette most of her life. She was married to her husband for twenty and one half years. She attended Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church. Mrs. Stoker was a nurse before retiring. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She loved taking care of her grandchildren and spending time with them and loved to go shopping. Pallbearers will be Gage, Randy, Will, Zach, Nathan, and Jamie. Honorary pallbearers are the 3rd floor Covid Unit at DCH Regional Medical Center, Dr. Katona, and Dr. Salinas.
