Peggy Caffee

Peggy Caffee, age 75 of Moundville, passed away Saturday, September 23, 2017. Services will be Wednesday, September 27, 2017 at 4:00 p.m. at Harmony Holiness Church, 8900 Highway 82 East, Duncanville, AL, with Pastor Ralph Lowery and Pastor David Beard officiating. Visitation will be two hours prior to the services. Burial will follow at Memory Hill Gardens with Norwood-Wyatt Chapel directing. She is preceded in death by her parents, John Pickett Townsend and Julia Ann Townsend; husband, Robert Charles Caffee, Sr.; and grandson, Jonathan Pratt Keasler. Peggy is survived by her daughter, Sheri Michelle Goodall; sons, Robert Charles Caffee, Jr. and John Gregory Caffee; grandchildren, Jacob Tanner Caffee, Meagan Faith Goodall, Matthew Tyler Caffee, Julia Ann Caffee, John Hayden Caffee and Ava Brooks Caffee. Pallbearers are Matthew Caffee, Jacob Caffee, Hayden Caffee, Robert Townsend, William Richardson and Shawn Vickers. Honorary pallbearers are Harmony Holiness Church, Chaplain Scott Peters, Keshia Seck and the staff of Comfort Care Hospice, Sheila White, Leigh Harbin, neighbors of 24th Street, and Dr. Larry Skelton and Staff. The family would like to thank Dr. Skelton who went above and beyond to take care of our mom with the care and loving kindness. She was blessed to have had Dr. Skelton as her doctor.
