Mary Ellen Jackson

Mary Ellen Jackson, age 81, of Berry, Alabama, passed away on Thursday, September 25, 2025, at Fayette Long Term Care. Services for Ms. Jackson will be announced at a later date. Norwood-Wyatt Chapel will be directing the service.

Mary is preceded in death by her parents; Dave and Bea Adams.

She is survived by her daughter; Pamela Jean Akery (Ricky), Bakersfield, California, son; David Andrew Craft (Diana), Berry, Alabama, sister; Shirley Welch, Bakersfield, California, Grandchildren, Ryan Akery, Danielle Craft, Adrienna Akery, Drake Craft, Kameron Barnes, Austin Akery, great-grandchildren; Kinley Busby, Harrison Busby, Ryott Akery, Ronin Akery, Marlee White, Ripley Akery, Ryanne Barnes, Ridge White, Tons of nieces and nephews within Bakersfield California, family within Boston, and cousins within California.

Grandmaw to all of her family. She loved her children and grands fiercely. She always loved her kitty cats, flowers, and decorating for holidays. Christmas was a huge joy for her spoiling the children. She was so loved by all who knew her.
