Kyra Rae Ingersoll

Kyra Ingersoll, of Dallas, TX passed away Friday, December 8, 2018 in Tuscaloosa County. A funeral service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, December 14, 2018 at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home Chapel, 2525 Central Expressway North, Allen, Texas 75013.  The family will receive friends during a visitation on Thursday evening from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Kyra is survived by her parents, Steven and Jennifer Ingersoll, siblings, Dylan Fay, Vayda Ingersoll, Cody Fay and Dontre Ingersoll; grandmother, Jenny Ingersoll, grandparents, Rod and Pat Ingersoll; biological mother, Kavina Ladean; and numerous other loving family and friends. She was born on October 17, 1996 in Federal Way, Washington.  After moving from Seattle to Denver and then Houston, the family settled in North Texas.  Kyra graduated from Lone Star High School in Frisco, Texas in 2015.  She was a nursing student at the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa.  Her hobbies included hiking, listening to music and spending time with her friends.  Kyra’s family remembers her infectious laugh and her ability to dance anywhere and anytime.
