Over the years she volunteered for the Children’s Liturgy Group and the Church Nursery, where she took care of and loved many of the church’s youngest parishioners. She was the Concert Chair for many years for the Alabama Choir School and proudly took on many other projects for their wonderful music program. Kim worked for 33 1/2 years at the Technology Group for the Business School at The University of Alabama, where she mentored many young college students through their pivotal years on campus. She loved each of them dearly and treated them like her own children. She was the best Mom to Bennett and Caitlin, and the most amazing “Grandbo” to Francis and Lucy.
