Judy Beams

Judy Beams, age 69 of Tuscaloosa, passed away Monday, January 31, 2022, with her loving husband by her side. Services will be Wednesday, February 16, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Spirit Catholic Church with Norwood-Wyatt Chapel Funeral Home directing. Burial will follow in the church columbarium. She was preceded in death by her fathers, Charles P. Hudson and Donald E. Stoddard and mother, Melissa W. Cook Hudson; brother, Donnie Stoddard, Jr.; and grandparents, Hollis and Ruth Cook, Mr. and Mrs. Hudson and William and Metta Stoddard. She is survived by her husband, Jerome Beams; step-daughter, Rachel Ann Reyes; sisters, Donna Channell, Kimie Barger and Cathy Watson; and a host of nieces and nephews. Mrs. Beams was a loving and devoted wife to her husband of almost 40 years. She loved her family and friends dearly. She was a very caring person. She grew up in Alabama. She had three special cousins who were her best friends, Mary Mitchell, Melissa Phillips and Myra Parker. A special thank you to Dr. Arnold and Dr. Hinton and the staff at the Manderson Cancer Center. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of West Alabama or your favorite charity.
