J.C. Henry

JC Henry, age 88, of Fayette, passed away April 10, 2018. Services will be Thursday, April 19, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at New Friendship Baptist Church. Visitation will be from 3:00 – 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at Norwood-Wyatt Chapel. Burial will follow after the service in the church cemetery. The body will lie in state one hour prior to the service. He is preceded in death by his parents, HV Henry and Cora Henry; daughter, Cora Marie Henry. He is survived by his two daughters, Alice Henry East and Lisa Henry Johnson; his sister, Earlene H. Carter; sister-in-law, Flozella Henry; four grandchildren, Shawn East (Ashley), Leman East, Justin Henry and Jamarri Johnson; two great-granddaughters, Jade Alexa East and Charley Marie East; nephews, Lester Henry, Jr. (Brenda) and Brian Henry (Marilyn); and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
