Jane Colvin

Jane Bobo Rogers Colvin, age 84 of Fayette AL, passed away on Wednesday, January 24, 2024, at Hospice of West Alabama. Service for Mrs. Colvin will be Saturday, January 27, 2024, at Norwood-Wyatt Chapel at 1:00 p.m. Visitation will be one hour prior to service time. Burial will follow the service at Fayette Memorial Gardens. Bro. Tim Holder will be officiating the service. Norwood-Wyatt Chapel will be directing the service. 

Mrs. Jane is preceded in death by her first husband; Lewis F. Rogers, second husband; Harold Joe Colvin, her son; Buck Rogers, and brothers; Steve Bobo and Jimmy Bobo. 

She is survived by her daughters; Susan (Barry) Stough, Paula (George) Reiner, Janet Rogers, and Karen (Bill) Rogers, son; David Rogers, brother; Kenneth (Brenda) Bobo, grandchildren; Megan (Landon) Miles, Carson (Hanna) Stough, Brittney Reiner, Kaley Reiner (Michael) Gassaway, James (Brittany) Rogers, Alexa Rogers, Caleb Rogers, Robby (Heather) Rogers, Shea Rogers, Daniel Thompson, Annette Thompson, Amy Ellis (David) Roberts, Emily Ellis (Louis) Schneider, Will (Danielle) Ellis, and Anna Ellis (Jesse) Unkenholz, and great-grandchildren; Harper, Emmy, Jacob, Lucas, Colton, Maisie, Nevaeh, Joseph, Maggie, Jake, Catherine, Hudson, Griffin, Ellie, Lincoln, Elle, and Sophie. 

Jane Bobo Rogers Colvin graduated from Fayette County High School. She retired from the Fayette County Board of Education after 30 years in the superintendents office.
