James "Terry" Pendley

James "Terry" Pendley, age 77, of Berry, Alabama, passed away on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at Fayette Long Term Care. There will be a graveside service Friday, September 12, 2025, at Berry City Cemetery, at 11:00 a.m. Preacher Caleb Aldridge will be officiating the service. Norwood-Wyatt Chapel will be directing the service.

Terry is preceded in death by his parents; Brady J. and Ruby N. Pendley, and grandparents; Thomas J. and Lillie B. Pendley, and Walter and Bertha A. Clark.

He is survived by his wife; Marion E. Pendley of Berry, son; Josh Pendley of Berry, and brothers; Jerry Lynn “Rat” (Marie) Pendley of Northport, and Gary Wayne (Linda) Pendley of Berry.

Pallbearers will be Barry Clark, Jeff Clark, Jimmy Clark, Stephen Clark, Jeff Pendley, and Billy Webb.
