James Barger, Sr.

James Barger, Sr., age 81 of Fayette, passed away Monday, December 14, 2020 at DCH Regional Medical Center. The family will have a private service. He was preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Trannie Barger. Mr. Barger is survived by his wife, Dee Barger; daughters, Jennifer Brack (Ralf) and Jamie Woods (Dale); son, Jim Barger (Carrie); sister, Sissy Saffell (Jim); brother, Andy Barger (Sharon); grandchildren, Emma Barger, Lily Barger, and Joe Gibson. Honorary pallbearers are the TSICU and 6 North nurses and staff, Dr. Shekar, Order of the Amaranth of Alabama, and Charles Baskerville Lodge. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Amaranth Diabetic Research Foundation.
