Jamell Fulmer, age 85, of Bankston, Alabama, passed away on Sunday, February 08, 2026, at DCH of Fayette. There will be a Graveside Service Thursday, February 12, 2026, at Rose Hill Cemetery, at 11:00 a.m. Bro. Kenneth Bozeman will be officiating the service. Norwood-Wyatt Chapel will be directing the service.

Mrs. Jamell is preceded in death by her parents; Lewis and Cara Fulmer, brothers; Grady Fulmer, Milton Fulmer, and Leland Fulmer, and sisters; Lanell Sisson and Ludell Kimbrell.

She is survived by her sister; Merlene Freeman of Mobile, AL, and a host of nieces and nephews.

Jamell was a homemaker throughout her life, dedicating herself to caring for others. Her kindness and devotion touched everyone who knew her. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

Pallbearers will be Darien Fulmer, Mark Fulmer, Terry Fulmer, Andrew Smith, Jason Aaron, and Todd Aaron.
