Mr. Harvey Lee Blackburn, age 64 of Fayette, passed away at DCH on May 11, 2023. Mr. Blackburn will lie in state on Saturday, May 20, 2023 from 11:00 - 3:00 p.m.
Harvey Lee(John) Blackburn. He was preceded in death by his mother, Ms. Louise Crimm and his grandparents, Fred and Ida Bell Blackburn. He is survived by a special Aunt, Eloise Blackburn and a host of other cousins families, and friends.
