Harry Warren

Harry Warren, age 70 of West Blocton, passed away Monday, August 23, 2021, at Shelby Baptist Medical Center. Services will be Friday, August 27, 2021, at 1:00 p.m. at Springhill Church. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will follow the service at Pondville United Methodist Church cemetery. Mr. Warren was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence Warren and Maggie Jordan; and siblings, Faye Averette, Forrest Warren, Billy Ray Warren, Maybel Kornegay, Stanley Warren, Margaret Green, and five siblings we never got the chance to meet. He is survived by his wife, Linda Warren; daughter, Delora Powell (Nigel) and her mother, Karen Jones; stepdaughters, Brandy Price (Alan) and Jessica Reems (Richard Colby); sister, Emily Davis; grandchildren, Dylan Mathews, Hunter Mathews, Gemma Mathews, Destiny Powell, and Jaxson Powell; and step-grandchildren, Brantley Bone, Ashlynn Foreman, and Rayleigh Price. Pallbearers are Nigel Powell, Dylan Mathews, Hunter Mathews, Delton Jones, James Hudson, and Levi Hudson. Honorary pallbearers are the doctors and staff at Shelby Baptist Medical Center.
