Gregory Walter Gillum

Gregory Walter Gillum, age 75, of Fayette, formerly of Frankfort, Indiana, passed away August 8, 2018, at his residence. The memorial service will be Sunday, August 12, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Norwood-Wyatt Chapel Funeral Home with Bro. Tim Meherg officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Betty Gillum and brother, Neil Gillum. Gregory is survived by his wife, Teresa Gillum; daughter, Audrie Rachael Johnson (Jerry); son, Christopher Gillum (Susan); sister, Gail Denton of Granville, OH; brother, Kirk Gillum of Las Vegas, NV; grandchildren, Jill, Natalee, Zachary, Jordan (Anjaleah); five great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews. He was born July 24, 1943 in LaFayette, Indiana and was the son of Walter and Betty Gillum. He was previously employed by Olin Mathieson Chemical Corp., Winchester Western Division in New Haven, CT. and then Federal-Mogul Corp. in Indiana before moving to Fayette in 1973 to assist in the Arvin Plant re-opening. He later opened his own gun shop and worked for Winfield PD where he retired in 2007. Greg loved his family and was close to his cousins, nieces and nephews.
