Ester "Cricket" Warren

Ester “Cricket” Warren, age 67 of Fayette, passed away Monday, March 25, 2019. Services will be Saturday, March 30, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Norwood-Wyatt Chapel Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Beckon officiating. The body will lie in state one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Visitation will be Friday, March 29, 2019 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow the service at Liberty Cemetery in Guin, AL. He was preceded in death by his parents, Roy Chester Warren and Icy Viola Gardner; wife, Vicky Norris; siblings, Faye Colburn, Robert Warren, Eugene Warren, Roy Wayne Warren, and his twin brother, Lester Warren; grandchild, Jessie Lee Fields II. Mr. Warren is survived by his daughters, Rhoda Fields (Chuck), Tracy Taylor, and Brandi O’Dell; sons, Wesley Warren (Kathie), Andy Newsome, and Charlie Ashmore II; brother, Steve Warren (Rosa); seventeen grandchildren and three great grandchildren, Elizabeth Allen “Pooter”, Skyland Fields “Scooter”, and Brantley Bursell “Phatman”; and a host of nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Tommy Pratt, TJ Pratt, Tommy Colburn, Steve Smith, Chad Warren, Dusty O’Dell, Phillip Newsome, Devin Mozingo, and Zachary Fields.
