Cleatus Ray McGough

Mrs. Cleatus McGough, age 94 of Berry passed away December 2, 2017 at home.  Services will be Tuesday, December 5, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Norwood-Wyatt Chapel with burial to follow at Salem Nazarene Church Cemetery.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.  She is preceded in death by her parents, Millard Green Taylor and Minnie Taylor; sister, Syble Randolph; brother, John Taylor; daughter, Ann McGough; and her husband Claude Leonard McGough. Cleatus is survived by her daughters, Sheila Brown of Tennessee, Deborah McGough Morris of Berry, Sonja McGough Hammack of Berry; sons, Jackie McGough of Berry and Johnny Mac McGough; grandchildren, Tony McGough, Mark McGough, Cody Hammack, Jordan Morris, Jamie Morris, Mason McGough, Cassie Brown and Cory Brown. Cleatus was born in Crossville, AL on July 22, 1923 to Minnie Dale Taylor and Millard Green Taylor. She married Claude Leonard McGough on August 2, 1941. She had four girls and two boys; Ann McGough, Jackie McGough, Sheila Brown, Deborah Morris, Sonja Hammack and Johnny McGough. Cleatus passed away at home on December 2, 2017 at 5:04 p.m. Pallbearers are Mason McGough, Jordan Morris, Jamie Morris, Cody Hammack, Matt Robbins and Mark McGough. Honorary pallbearers are the workers at AseraCare Hospice, Kasie Spiller, Brian Welch, Jaimie Hawkins, Stephanie Hamm, Sarah Markham, Debra Bell and Kimberly Mansfield.
