Jimmy Ray Gann

Mr. Jimmy Ray Gann age 76 of Fayette passed away Sunday March 27, 2016 at the DCH Regional Medical Center in Tuscaloosa. A Memorial service for Mr. Gann was held Thursday, March 31, 2016 at 7:00pm at Norwood-Wyatt Chapel Funeral Home with Rev. Charles Fowler officiating. Inurnment was at the Cedar Gove Cemetery. Mr. Gann was born March 21, 1940 the son of the late Hosman Gann and Eunice Garrison Gann. He was raised in the Cedar Grove Community and had been a resident of Fayette for many years. He retired from Seamless Corp. He was a former member of the Alabama National Guard. Jimmy and his wife Deborah enjoyed their time traveling to Alabama Football games in their motor home as well as camping and fishing. Jimmy was an avid golfer who enjoyed the fellowship and competition of his friends at the Fayette Country Club. Survivors include: his wife, Deborah Owens Gann; sisters, Ruby Doris Fester of Fayette; Ann ( Steve) Holcomb of Jasper; brothers, Cecil Gann of Fosters; Billy Gann of Columbus, Ms; Charles (Linda) Gann of Fayette.
