Virginia "Jenny" McCool

Mrs. Virginia “Jenny” McCool age 55 of Winfield, Al. passed away Tuesday February 2, 2016 at her residence. Funeral Service for Mrs. McCool was held Friday February 5, 2016 at 1:00pm at Norwood Chapel with Rev. Scott Davis officiating. Burial followed at the Oak Ridge Cemetery. The visitation was held Thursday from 6:00pm until 8:00pm at Norwood Chapel. Mrs. McCool was born December 28, 1960 in Chicago, IL., the daughter of the late Herbert E. Perdue and Betty Neff Perdue. She was a former resident of Lake Whales, Fl. and of Fayette for 20 years. She had lived in the Wayside Community for the past year. Mrs. McCool was a member of the Fayette First Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, Charles L. (Chuck) McCool of Winfield; five daughters: Sheila Turner of Fayette, Stacy Marlowe of Fayette, Crystal ( Stephen) Elliott of Samantha; Cari (Heath) McGough of Winfield, Reba (Chad) Moore of Fayette. Other than her parents she is also preceded in death by one sister, Lora Montezuma and one brother, Wayne Perdue. Pallbearers were: Stephen Elliott, Austin Bousquet, Heath McGough, Chad Moore, Ralph Perdue, and Matthew Blankenship.
