Mr. Billy Ray Stepan, age 59, of Berry, passed away Wednesday, December 30, 2015 in Monroe, LA.. Visitation for Mr. Stepan was held Monday, January 04, 2016 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Norwood Chapel. Mr. Stepan was born November 01, 1956 in Texas, the son of the late Albert Stepan and Mary Matura Brewer. Survivors include wife, Angelia Stepan; two daughters, Pamela (Beau) Bell and Tabitha (Michael) Latham; three sons, Allen (Misty) Stepan, Aaron (Stacey) Stepan, Wesley (Jessi) Stepan;mother, Mary Matura Brewer; two step children, Megan Sands, Taylor Atkins, ten grandchildren, Ethan Stepan, Draven Stepan, Blake Stepan, Malerie Bell, Tytus Stepan, Brayden Latham, Curt Bell, Chloe Stepan, Adalee Stepan, and Harper Bell;step-granddaughter, Maleigh Sands Norwood Chapel Funeral Home in Fayette, directed.
