Kathleen Garrison

Kathleen Garrison age 98 of Guin, AL passed away Tuesday, October 13, 2015 in the Sunset Manor Nursing Home in Guin, AL. Born August 19, 1917 in Fayette County, AL, she is the Daughter of the late Jack Andrew and Velma Malloy McDonald and the Wife of the late Harkins Garrison. She had lived in the Wayside Community all of her life and was a member of the Mt. Willing Free Will Baptist Church. She is survived by 3 Daughters, Renita Souder, and Jo Ann McCluskey both of Winfield, AL and Charlotte Garrison of Fayette, AL, A Son, Philip Garrison of Guin, AL, 10 Grandchildren, Joe Ed Miles, Tommy Miles, Alan Miles, Richard Miles, Beth Cruit, Trisha Zappia, Chad Garrison, Kyle Garrison, Misty Souder, and Cheryl Souder Moore, 17 Great Grandchildren and 5 Great Grandchildren, a Sister, Mary Markham of Tupelo, MS and 2 Brothers, Charles McDonald of Amory, MS and Jimmy McDonald of Fulton, MS, several Nieces and Nephews. She was also preceded in death by a Grandson, Dack Garrison and Great Granddaughter, Kayla Miles, and 12 Brothers and Sisters. Services held Thursday, October 15, 2015 at 3:00 PM from the Norwood Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Old Union Cemetery. Bro. David Crowe officiating.
