Vicky Norris Warren

Mrs. Vicky Norris Warren, age 59 of Fayette, died Friday, July 12, 2013 at DCH Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be held Friday, July 19, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at Norwood Chapel with Bro. Alvis Treece officiating. Burial will be in the Liberty cemetery. The visitation will be Thursday evening from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Vicky was born April 24, 1954 in Birmingham. She was a resident of Fayette for more than 30 years and was a former resident of Brilliant and Walker Co. She formerly worked as Nurse’s Aid for Nursing Homes in Winfield and Fayette. Survivors include her husband, Ester Warren of Fayette; three sons, Charlie (Sally) Ashmore of the U.K.; Wesley Warren of Fayette and Andy Newsome of Winfield; three daughters, Rhoda (Chuck) Fields of Millport; Brandi (Brian) O’Dell of Brilliant, and Tracy Taylor of Fayette; one brother Mark Norris of Fayette and sixteen grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Billy and Kernie Helms Norris; one brother, Ricky Eugene Norris and a grandson, Jesse Lee Fields II.
